What we collect

When you sign up for the GayDurham newsletter or submit a contact form, we collect your email address and any name, phone number or message you choose to provide. We also collect basic analytics data (page views and traffic sources) through Google Analytics.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to you, to send the newsletter and follow-up emails you asked for, and, if you ask to talk about a move, to connect you with a licensed real estate professional. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

Emails are sent through Resend. Contact and sign-up details are stored with our database and email providers (Supabase and Buttondown), who process them only to run this site.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.

Cookies

GayDurham.com uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how people find and use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.
